1. Service Description
HeyPic is an AI-powered mobile application that allows users to apply creative and realistic visual transformations to photos and videos.
All outputs are for creative and entertainment purposes only.
2. Eligibility

3. Accounts
Some features of the App require registration. You agree to: Provide accurate, complete, and updated information. Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. Be solely responsible for any activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or violates these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
The App, including its code, algorithms, designs, text, images, models, and branding, is the exclusive property of HeyPic. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not: Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the App. Sell, rent, sublicense, or distribute any part of the App. Use the App for unlawful or commercial exploitation.
5. User Content
You retain ownership.
You grant HeyPic a limited processing license only to deliver the service.
You must not upload content that:

Violates laws

Impersonates real individuals

Creates misleading deepfake content

Infringes third-party rights
6. AI Outputs & Disclaimer

AI-generated results may resemble real people unintentionally

Results are not guaranteed to be accurate, realistic, or unique

HeyPic is not responsible for how users use generated content

Generated images should not be used for identity verification or deceptive purposes
7. Face Data
Processing occurs only for the requested transformation.
No identity recognition or profiling is performed.
8. Subscriptions & Payments
Refunds are handled only by Apple, per App Store policy.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Expanded to explicitly ban:

Deepfake misuse

Harassment or impersonation

Commercial resale of outputs without written permission
10. Termination
We may terminate access if:

Terms are breached

Abuse is detected

Legal risk arises
11. Service Availability
HeyPic may be unavailable due to:

Maintenance

Network issues

Force majeure
12. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee: That the App will function uninterrupted or error-free. That the results of AI filters will meet your expectations. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeyPic is not liable for: Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. Unauthorized access or use of your data.
